Rich Fields is a 40+ year television and radio broadcasting veteran. In addition to being an Emmy award winning TV meteorologist, Rich is also the former announcer of the popular CBS game show, The Price Is Right. Bob Barker personally hand-picked Rich as his new announcer of the popular game show in 2004 and Rich worked at Price through Bob Barker's retirement and then continued on in his role through the first three years of Drew Carey's reign as the host. Rich Field is the only TPIR announcer to have worked with both Bob Barker and Drew Carey as the show's host.
